EDIT: After dealing with these guys for a few months, I’ve decided to edit my review from before. 1st off, the part I mentioned that we bought above was not a complete working part. We called and told them this, and we were told we would get a refund. That never happened. 2nd, we decided to junk an old car, and told we would get a check mailed to us in 7-10 business days. That was in January, and it is now March 21st and I have still not gotten a check, but they have already crushed my car. I have called 3 times and the last time they told me that my check had already been mailed out. That was 12 days ago. I called today and now they said that it might have gotten lost in the mail or sent to the wrong address. I am fed up with a these guys and will not be doing business with them anymore, and I suggest nobody else does either. Starting to feel like we are getting ripped off and if something doesn’t change I will have to get the law involved.

I found a body part online that Wilkens Auto Salvage had at this location. It was a running board for a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. Normally these boards are $300 a piece and you cannot buy them separately. The running board looked brand new and matched my van perfectly. I got this huge page from Iowa all the way to Irving, Texas in just 1 week. He only charged me $50 for this part and the shipping was only $85. I am so thankful that you had this part and you were so reasonable.

This place is always friendly most auto salvages place act like they are being inconvenience when you call. call them for your part they will do everything they can to try and find your part.
