Never goes above and beyond. Sometimes we have an extra bag, sometimes we have a half empty can. They would rather pick up the extra bag and toss it to the side to get to your can. I realize we pay for the size can we think we will need. Would they rather me pack it in my can with a tamper?? Take the extra bag! We switched due to the high charges, and fees. Drivers did a good job, but problems with their contracts and pricing and upper management decisions. Be careful for extra charges. Cant judge the Mankato office on anything, as I don't believe we ever talked to anyone from the Mankato office.

WM deserves 0 stars! They will charge you a fee for anything and everything! Called 3 weeks ago asked questions about moving and canceling service. Was told we would not be charged a removal fee because we were moving into area that services are provided. Called today to cancel and they have no record that I even called and now I need to pay a removal fee plus they need 30 day notice! Why didn't they tell me that when I called the first time?!?! And then they try to talk me into getting our buyer to use their services! I will be talking everyone out of using their services. We have been a loyal customer for over 4 years and I can't wait to be done with them!

If only ZERO STARS was an option ! When we signed up for service we asked for the ACTUAL COST per month for their service. When we got our first bill, it was 3 times the quote. This company LIES. Our first clue should have been when they delivered our 2 waste containers to the WRONG ADDRESS. Their stupid website doesn't work for paying bills online. If you need to contact them by phone...pack a lunch...you'll be waiting up to and in some cases OVER AN HOUR ! Clownfest doesn't even begin to cover this outfit. No small wonder they have a BBB rating of 1. They don't fair much better in reviews from actual customers either.Service: Junk removal

If I cancel my service, they want to charge me $75 in order for them to pick up their container which seems excessive, but they also won't let me return the container myself to avoid the charge. They also won't refund any portion of your payments if you cancel just after making a payment. So I need to wait 2 months before cancelling and then switch to LJP like others seem to be doing.

Lately, I am happy with WM experience. Pick ups are regular, driver timely and friendly, and billing is dependable. I have had this service for 10 years and a while back the companies reliability was in question for me. They seem to have gotten it together. I will continue to use without reservation.

Weeks without garbage pickup due to road construction yet no refund (or communication) offered for this significant inconvenience, and when I tried to call them at 1pm on a Thursday, the automated system said they were closed and hung up on me. My neighbor went there to get a refund for this same reason and they wouldn't give it to him. Why are they getting paid for nothing?

Be careful dealing with these people ! They had me sign a three year commercial contract and just jacked up the rates every year and wouldn't let me out of it or correct it to the contract price. I had to send out a letter 90 days before the contract was up or they would auto renew for three more years. Then when the contract ended they charged me $150 pickup fee on each container. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT -

I had the garage past the top of the dumpster 10”, lid still on. Got my invoice and they charged me 190.00 VS 60.35. Over 300% increase! Their competition told me that they do that. Needless to say they are getting fired tomorrow for price gouging.
