Wasn't really to happy this time! Almost got nothing but after going back and pressing the issue got almost half price for over a ton metal I hauled in because it included a couple older stoves and a dryer and they called it an appliance load which apparently they aren't paying anything for but they will take it for free. So not exactly great. Not to mention they aren't accepting aluminum cans right now because of covid! So not great but on a side note gal in office is great and provides great service!

Save your self a headache and go to Sioux City! After they stop payment on my check it cost me more between having to take time off work and the return check charges picking everything up! Only way I'm dealing with them now is thru my attorneys! Because of your screw up not only did I almost lose my job but lost 2x as much money as I was supposed to get because you screwed up! Now my attorneys will be contacting you thru the court system for not only the 5 hours I lost from work and the court costs, but his fees to and that alone is 280\hour and its a 3 hour minimum! The financial hardship it put on me. Is going to cost you!!!!!

An overall good experience. The employees are polite and I got what I thought was a fair amount for the metals I brought in. I will bring my metals there again.
