Horrible operation. Dishonest owners. Do not trust them!*Update* since the business responded:We ordered a hood (see pictures of what was advertised and what was received) Sent a driver to pick it up. Hood was dirty and covered in tree sap. Once we cleaned that off, we notice it is significantly damaged. Yousif & Sons Auto claims we damaged it, when we picked it up and returned it same day. Why would we damage a part that we need? Also, the receipt says nothing about "as is". Be sure to clean and thoroughly inspect your part.They have also left our business a bad review now that I have left this feedback. Unlike this business, we stand behind our products.Petty, unprofessional and rude.

Loved going here! They were super friendly and kind. Fair prices. We checked out the parts we wanted , they pulled them off the car , and even helped carry it out when we came back to pick them up the next day.We went to tip him and the guy refused to take it. A real sweet heart but we will be tipping next time for sureGood people !

I chatted with the desk to confirm the product inventory online was completely correct before I paid for a ride out to the shop. They confirmed and told me they pulled the item for me. I get there waited 15 mins for someone to come tell me sorry they don’t have it and inventory online isn’t correct. So mad!!!! Never going back!

Ordered a part on Friday I was told to pick on Monday I called on Monday they said Tuesday I called Tuesday they said Wednesday I drove there Wednesday they said that a guy wanted the whole front clip so they can't sell me one part Very unprofessional
