They regularly do not pick up the trash and recycling. I have to call to get them to pick up the trash. Today the garbage truck was parked for 15 minutes in front of my house. My wife had to park on the street because they were blocking our driveway. After blocking my driveway for 14 minutes they left without picking up the trash which was on the street. If I could give them a zero star review that wouldn't even come close to the service we have spent our money on.

Trash hasn't been picked up in 3 weeks despite multiple conversations with their customer service reps. I've called and have asked that our trash and overflow be picked up before the end of the business day and 3 times now, they've confirmed it. Customer service agents are nice, but if I had the option to switch trash services, I would.

This business is a scam , they take your money but don't deliver service. Called multiple times last week since they missed pickup day, and I was told they would pickup the garbage the following day here we are the following week and garbage now is over flowing . Don't waste your time and money with this incompetent business and employees along with the owner/owners, I am sure they've seen all the bad reviews and still could care less ! I hope you dont care also when your pockets start to shrink because lack of business!

Because of the lack of service, that I pay the bill for (timely on my part) over the internet, and their trucks use the highway / interstate, I had to point out to this company that they were subjected to the interstate commerce act when providing service’s to it’s paying customers / clients

I have had this service for 8 years. In the last year or so they started skipping our street once a week. I have talked to all my neighbors and we all agree it is the worst service in all of Yuma AZ. I have had to load up my truck and drive to the dump. All I can say is this is a very poorly run company with lazy employees. I should not have to call once a week to have them come and pick up my trash. I do not care what the price is but i will be swapping for a better company today.

We have been using this service for several years now, and it was absolutely amazing up until a few months ago, when on several occasions our street was missed and on a few other occasions, they were late picking up. It seems to have recently improved, so we are hoping it goes back to the normal high quality service.

I actually speak to a person and not an automated system on the telephone! The drivers are curtious and careful when emptying my trash dumpster. Great customer service and good prices! In my opinion, they are the best in town!!
