Pink Pilot here out of Phoenix, AZ. Drove up to stay the night for a job and realized I needed an oil change. Called these guys with about 2 hours notice and they said they’re fully booked to Wednesday. I said no problem I’m just passing through, and I appreciate their help. Brian said “wait a minute” and asked if I could make a 1pm appt. I said that’s perfect!! Forgive me I don’t know the sweet angels name up front but man everyone was on it!! Great customer service. Just wanted an oil change, asked if they could re-train a TPS that’s been giving me problems for a few months. But I also said don’t try too hard. Just replace it if you gotta. And the tech tried THREE times to retrain it and he was actually able to!! So they’re super honest mechanics. They fixed a simple side problem for me that I was willing to have them replace and they went above and beyond and fixed it no charge. Truly the number one thing to look for in a mechanic is honesty, and you get that here. Will forever promote this business to all my heavy haul crew! Thank you for such quick, honest, and careful work; it doesn’t go unnoticed!!!

We had a blowout while traveling home from Phoenix to Boise. Stopped at Copper Top in Ely on our way through town. These guys were awesome! They jumped right on it, had me in and out in 20 minutes, and were super nice! Really love and appreciate the small town hospitality! I wish there was a Copper Top in Boise. Would definitely use these guys again. Thank you for the exceptional service!
