If I could give less than 1 star I would. The communication throughout was nonexistent and horrible. They do the body work and ignore any mechanical issues the vehicle may have because they’re going to get paid from The insurance company regardless. The work they do, is far from quality as well. It took them 3 months to finish my vehicle, when i showed up to get it, the mud flaps were hanging in the wheel wells, the splash guard underneath was hanging and bearly connected, the brand new hood they put on, had foot prints all over it. The gaps between the hood, and fenders were clearly different from side to side. All around horrible work. When I confronted them abkut it, they tried playing the ignorant card saying “they don’t know much about certain parts of vehicles”. When I opened the door, they decided to leave me all the “extra” screws and bolts they didn’t feel like they needed. I recently had to remove my Bumper, which is supposed to be held On by 6 bolts. They decided 2 outta the 6 was good enough. Unless u personally know them, I don’t think they care to do quality work. Stay clear and find another body shop
