My daughter has a 2015 Prius C. We made arrangements for them to come and replace the battery. Not only did they come when they said, they called and said they had a cancellation and they came before the original appointment. Did a great job. The car runs perfect. I think him all they charged was reasonable. We are very happy.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I bought a Prius and the battery was already under their warranty from the previous owner. I had absolutely no way of knowing they had a 14 day window to transfer the policy. (Note this window is ridiculously small, I barely had the car registered and certainly not inspected yet) I tried to use the warranty only a month or so after getting the car because the battery failed (was only in the car 5 months total) and they would not honor it because I missed the window. They had no rebuttle to my saying I had no way of knowing about the window. They just told me I can pay a $700 reinstatement fee and then on top of it pay a low mileage fee of $400 (this charge was because the vehicle was seemingly not driven enough causing failure) I responded I would pay the low mileage fee because that seemed fair, but would not agree to the ridiculously high reinstatement fee because at that point I would be paying for a whole new battery anyway. They offered no compromise, they just told me that I could pay it all or get lost because I "wasnt there customer". They are also horrible communicators. They insist on texting long winded conversations and will not call you back if you call. They sell overpriced, crap products and the service matches. Would definitely avoid.
