The cashier, Howard, is unprofessional and doesn’t like the work he does. He complained about installing my wiper blades that I purchased at this location, when there is a sign out front on the glass window stating “Free wiper blade installation”. He also had a problem with me asking him can I give him my phone number so that I can get points towards my O’Reilly rewards account. He actually told me, “No”, shaking his head while I was asking him about my reward points. If you go to this location, work with anyone but him. I’ve been to this store plenty of times and he has never given myself or anyone in my experience a pleasant shopping experience. He makes you want to walk next door and give your money to Autozone.

Excellent customer service today!! I can't remember the young man's name but he went in the back to find green coolant for my mustang!! Most places would say we don't have any. Finding green coolant is becoming more difficult. I'm forever grateful he went the extra step for me!! I'll be driving out to this Byram location from Jackson in the future. They now have a forever customer. Amen
