I've lived in this building for a while and i can confidently say that super randy is the best! He is incredibly responsive, professional and always willing to help - whether it's fixing something quickly or just checking in to make sure everything is running smoothly. What really stands out is his friendliness and attention to detail. Any maintenance issue I've had has been taken care of right away. Highly recommend our amazing super Randy.

This apartment complex has all the amenities to lead a leisurely life with no hassles whatsoever. Also located in a safe and friendly neighborhood with all the amenities within walkable distance. Simply put, I had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex. The staff was always friendly and attentive to our needs. The facilities were well-maintained, and the common areas were inviting and clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining. Overall, it was a great place to call home!

I like this place. Very convenient to everything. Service is getting much much better then before. I don't have any issues with Roches. If you clean your appointment good. You won't have that problem. I had rats but after they covered open area (holes near gas stove, near sink) no more rats in my appointment.
