I recently purchased a 2025 INEOS Grenadier from Hendrick INEOS Grenadier Charleston, and overall it was a great experience—largely because of Madeline, who was nothing short of exceptional. She was absolutely wonderful to work with: incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, thorough, and consistent about following up and following through. There was never a moment where I felt uninformed or brushed off. She clearly knows the product inside and out and takes genuine pride in making sure her customers are taken care of. Ryan was also great to work with and very professional throughout the process, but Madeline was hands-down the star of the show. She set the standard for what a sales experience should be. That said, Joe could probably benefit from taking a chill pill and brushing up on his reading comprehension and math skills—but thankfully, Madeline more than made up for it. When it’s time to trade in or upgrade, I will absolutely be calling Madeline first. And honestly, if she’s not still there, I’ll be going elsewhere—because that’s how much of a difference she made in this experience. Highly recommend asking for her by name.
