Mac’s Auto Repair came to the rescue when I needed major, complicated repairs to my drive unit on my Tesla Model S. They kept me updated throughout the process, provided a loaner car, and clearly knew how to diagnose and fix a challenging issue. They also took care of additional updates along the way, which I really appreciated. Everyone on the team was professional, respectful, and courteous. I’m thrilled to have a reliable alternative to the Tesla dealership for repairs—highly recommend.

My family and I were driving from out of state and heard a noise coming from underneath the car. After leaving my car at Mac’s, they took the time to diagnose the problem. A replacement axle was located and installed on the same day. I was even given a ride to the hotel where we were staying. Our car was repaired and we were back on our way. Initially I feared the problem was going to cost us more than what we actually paid. I appreciate the knowledge, understanding and professionalism that we received. Having a car breakdown far from home is unpleasant but Mac’s Service Center took good care of us. Thank you Mike and the staff at Mac’s.
