The temperature was 10-15 degrees. There was no way a regular tow truck was going to get me out. I called Hilt Crane & Wrecker Services and Rick B. and another gentleman arrived in a large wrecker and slowly and carefully winched my vehicle out of the creek. They also went above and beyond to make certain the truck was still safe to drive. They inspected the truck for damage before I drove it and had me to stop a couple miles down the road to check it again before I went on my way. Great customer service. Thank you so much.

They need to put a sign above the parts dept entrance. I had to drive all around the building and stopped twice to ask where it was A vehicle was sitting in front of the door that blocked the small sign on door Simply put a sign above the door
