So glad the old lady at the booth doesn’t work there anymore or whether she doesn’t work as much. She was always a pain to deal with. Unfortunately that’s the kinds of attitudes city employees get when they only hire based off blood lines and what not. New Bern is famous for this as well. Anyways. That’s my 2 cents. She should have been terminated years ago.

The lady at the front window might be the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with. If you ask a question she answers you like you are the dumbest person on earth. She shouldn’t be interacting with anyone in the public. They need to send her packing. Also, there is no direction or signage for the folks in the outbound lane to know when to go. Caught an earful from her on the way out because I flashed my lights and let someone else come on to the scales.
