I lived here for two years and loved it. Very quiet and conveniently located on Busch campus, close to the gym and the student center. The apartments are NOT close to the stadium as someone else claimed. The bedrooms are a bit small, but they have a big window. Huge kitchen/ living room, and extra space for storage. Maintenance was responsive and quick.

I'm gonna be honest. Being a graduate student, you don't want to be on the part of the complex that is closest to the stadium. The stadium and ball fields run all the time. Other schools games and events, high schools, concerts. Not just for Rutgers Football. If your apartment faces the stadium, the lights and the loud speakers are not conducive to study, sleep, or sanity. You'll be ok if you are on the other side of the complex or if you have an apartment that faces the other direction.

I can't even leave just one cookie in my bedroom otherwise hundreds of ants will come for it in less than half a hour. There must be a nest somewhere. Also, If you got something break down, the maintaining services always sucks.
