Just wanted to say this place is great. I talked to Tess and she was great. I Will be doing business again with her. She went out of her way to help me. I am from Boston and said my driver is going to be late ..she said no problem I will wait. In this day and age no one waits. My driver got there she loaded him up and it was a great experience. Thanks again. This will be one of my first calls in the future

Had an excellent experience in dealing with AC Hilltop Auto Salvage when I was searching for a glove compartment door for a 2000 VW Beatle. I was very lucky to locate an exact matching one at Hilltop Auto Salvage, but it had to be removed from a salvage vehicle. The management removed the glove door and freezing temperatures and was willing to meet me with the part. When we met for me to pickup, the part was exact as described and what I needed, no price had been discussed, so when asked what I owed, I was told no charge. They wanted to be sure I was going to be able to use the part. I was beyond impressed with the level of customer service that was provided and their integrity in being fair in how they treat their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for used auto parts.
