Don’t use this business!! They are scammers! They charged me $340 to drop my car as they attempted to tow it. They gave me an alternate $ number to send the money to and then claim that they did not get it and tried to give me the correct information in front of the police and the last two digits was switched around and connected to APB wrecker. . Scam!!! Tried to hustle an additional $340. They worked hand-in-hand tip towing inc!

Please guys do not call tow truck for this company. they towed my truck for 7 miles and they charged me $10650 this is scam company I'm not recommended for anyone to call this company. as long as you haven't a strong lawyer . I'm gonna sue to this company.

Contacted them early one morning to pick up my car. Was told that they would be out the following day to get it and would receive a call 30 minutes before to confirm their arrival. The next day came and I was not contacted. I tried to reach out to them around 4:45pm and did not get a response until after 8pm that evening. I was told that they fell behind and would be out the following day and I responded by saying i would need to know what time they would be available since I had to work the rest of the week and had called to schedule my pickup for my day off. I did not receive a response. The lack of communication is appalling and to assume that a customer has numerous days to sit around their house to wait is beyond unacceptable. This could have been averted if the company would have reached out sooner and informed me of their issues but they chose to have complete disregard to customer service and care. I would recommend going with a better company when trying to sell your car. My opinion is 1 star is still too high of a rating.
