The phone contact, Matt, was very knowledgeable & helpful. The folks at the pickup location were helpful as well. Just be aware that there are no restroom facilities available at the pickup location, even if you're a paying customer. The restrooms are for employees only. That's the difference, to me, for the 4-star review, instead of a 5-star review.

Insane dealing with Wayne’s Auto Salvage all you get done is sent to their voicemails. No phone calls back take over a week just to get a wheel. Very incompetent set automotive back 100 years.
