I just called to ask about parts for my Nissan Xterra. The guy answered the phone. I said Good morning HYD? He was hesitant to say anything. He finally said something. I asked about the parts that I needed which was a gas tank and a wiring harness. He immediately said he didn’t have them as if he didn’t want to be bothered. Maybe his attitude was because I’m a female.

I am very satisfied with doing business with the new owner. He was very professional, respectable, and polite on the phone and as well in person. He came out look at my old junker, gave me a great price for it, loaded it up, and just like that my sore sight in my yard was gone. He didn't try to low ball me or rip me off, he was a straight shooter about the price. Due to where the car was it took a couple hours to get to it and get it out. He didn't get mad or upset. He told me what he had to do to get and done it with no problem or attitude. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a junk or unwanted vehicles that needs to go.

Was very bad over the phone with a attitude problem and I tried asking about a transmission and the guy hangs up on me! Very rude and very unprofessional conducting any type of business! Therefore NO STAR AT ALL from me... Beyond hated it! I recommend no dealings with them at all! Crap it made me put 1 star none the less to give a review! Lucky they get that!
