Sometimes difficult to reach by phone but excellent customer service. Jose was extremely helpful determining if a part would fit my vehicle and if it had the correct paint match. Was unable to pickup during business hours and they were willing to work with me to pick up outside of their normal hours. Would highly recommend for someone looking for affordable replacement parts for their vehicle.

Wanted to do a console conversion on my ram. Reached out to Braden about a couple brackets and plastics that I didn’t see in the photos. He was supper awesome to work with and went out and found the missing pieces for me! Great company to deal with!

Disappointing experience. I was told a certain timeframe, but the wait was much longer, and there was very little communication or urgency. When you’re working on your daily driver, time and clarity really matter. Customer service felt indifferent, and I didn’t feel like my situation was taken seriously. I understand places get busy, but a little compassion and better communication would go a long way. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return based on this experience
