The male employee acts very snobby. He has the attitude of someone who could care less about you buying anything or not. Reminds me of a McDonald's worker who's ready to clock out and go home. I went home and just purchased the part new after that interaction.

Rude employees. Walked in took them forever to just greet and acknowledged us. Asked about an Idler Pulley. Just said we dont have it without even asking for the type of vehicle. I thought they just didnt have the part so I asked if they hand any contacts or places they could send us to look for the part and he give me an irritated look and said MAAM we dont pick those types of parts check oreilly. Juat said ok and left. Thats what he should have said from the beginning. He didnt even have to nice just mannered thats it. Cant stand these type of people.
