Joey and his family are awesome. Joey went above and beyond to fix my car. The new part was on back order for a undetermined time so he went out of his way and got me a used one and told me he did but could have said nothing and charged me for a new one.The man knows I work out of state and only come back into Hattiesburg on certain days so he came to the shop on Sunday his day off so I could have my car for the holidays. Merry Christmas Happy New Years to your family and crew.

My husband and I are from Kentucky, he works for Norfolk Southern and is currently in Mississippi at the moment. On his way down, he noticed his wheel bearing was going out. He normally works on all of our vehicles at home and thought he was going to have to change it in the hotel parking lot one day after work. Thankfully to Phillips car care he did not have to. I’m not sure if it was the owner or an employee, but a very nice gentleman gave my husband a ride back to his hotel after he dropped his truck off and came and picked him up after his truck was done. Cannot explain how much this means to the both of us, great place of business.

I went to get a whole new set of spark plugs and coils. Paid almost $700 only to find out later when my truck started having problems again (the same problems that the coils pack and spark plug was suppose to fix) that they were new at all. They are probably the same ones that my truck had or old ones from around their shop that they washed off and put on my truck. They played on the fact that some girls don’t know what to look for or how to tell just to make a quick buck. I would give them a no star cuz that’s so unprofessional and down right wrong to treat someone like that.
