We were incredibly impressed with their service. After getting stranded in the area with a flat tire (at 9:30pm and we didn’t call them until 12:00pm) and receiving no help from AAA, we called several places and either got no response or were told they couldn’t assist until the next morning. Thankfully, this team came through. The driver arrived within 20 minutes and was genuinely kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to come across businesses that truly care about people the way they do. If we lived closer, they would absolutely be our go-to for anything and everything. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

My daughter broke down in Burlington, NC and we live near Raleigh. After 3 hours of AAA trying to find a roadside service, I contacted Battleground. I spoke with Eddie who assured me they could get to my daughter very quickly. The tech showed up and was so nice and helpful to my family. This is service that you seldom find!
