The boss on the phone said $100, when I arrived it was $150. I understand $15 in taxes but I calculated the mileage with all fees included over the phone and he mislead me on the price of the mileage. Also sneakily sold me a larger truck than I needed and let his receptionist charge me way more than agreed. On top of all this, their trucks are parked so close together there was ZERO room to take proper pictures before driving the vehicle. I bet you they accuse people of damage and make it impossible to take before pics parking that close together. After I had to fully pull the vehicle into another lot to take pictures so these shady people dont try anything, one of the girls comes out to offer help. Yall would be outta business without those two women there cause how is one chick out of 15 dudes wandering around the only one to offer help. Will never recommend or return to here. Edit since I cant respond here-The charges werent the only issue mentioned. And I shouldnt be quoted so far off regardless of who it was. The guy who misquoted me also said this huge box truck was all yall had but when I showed up several smaller much easier for me to drive vehicles were there. This was just not a smooth easy process for someone already dealing with alot trying to move in a day because your prices are already insane. Will be returning vehicle soon thanks.

They stole my car last night and without telling me anything, I found the car through the police and they pressured me and said that if you don't pay $160 the car will stay with us forever and I paid half of the money and when I took the other half out of my bank card I paid an additional 4$ commissions and they towed the car last night.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!! This is an incredible embarrassment of a towing service, not to mention shady, incompetent, and vulgar. One of their con men tow truck drivers scoped out my vehicle after watching me get out of it. I had to run into a friends house to grab something and turn right around and leave, engine was still ticking down by the time he began to load it up. He hadn’t moved 20 ft down the street with it before we stopped him, explaining the situation. (At this point zero chains or bindings are hooked to the vehicle, he only has it up off of the tires.) He proceeded to tell us he could drop the vehicle for 100$ CASH ONLY, before either of us said a word he slammed it to the ground and picked it back up, wanting to start an argument. We paid him his extortion fee, which should NOT be required to be cash only, that’s really not a great sign. The next morning after inspecting the vehicle it had damage to the aluminum frame, as well as possible damage to the transmission, now I need an inspection. If you need a tow or need to hire a company for your business, please look elsewhere.
