We needed an after hours tow late one week night. Called the number, guy answered and told me the price, said he could be there in 20 minutes. Five minutes later he calls and says he's seven minutes out. He had the car loaded up faster than anyone I've ever seen, and we hopped in to drop it at the repair shop. Super nice guy, obviously took great care of our vehicle and we would hope to never have to use them again, but if we needed a tow company I would be glad to use them.

I called due to a flat tire.... as usual they are the best!! Prompt service, great customer care!! I cannot say enough good things. The only towing company in Chattanooga in my book!! Rick and his drivers are wonderful. Thank you for always rescuing me when I'm in trouble.

If you’re going to have your engine decide to retire permanently in the middle of Alabama, I highly recommend doing it within Steve’s service radius. ​I never had "stranded out of state" on my 2026 bingo card, but Steve turned my mechanical tragedy into a delightful roadside chat. I’ve had awkward first dates that were less pleasant than this tow. ​Steve was so kind and professional that for a split second, I actually forgot my car was currently a very expensive paperweight. Honestly, I’ve never had such a friendly experience with a tow service—usually, you just get a grumpy guy and a expensive bill, but Steve brought the hospitality. ​Pros: Steve is a legend, great conversation, arrived faster than my breakdown-induced mid-life crisis. Cons: My car is still broken. Would totally break down again to call R&D towing.
