Nick and His Team where very Professional.He called and kept me in the loop from pickup to delivery at the shop.He took his time to assure my pickup )Out of My Driveway which is tight)He delivered my car to Maxi and I met him there and he even dropped the key to the shop.I would definitely hire and refer him.Oh,I’m not sure if His tow company has a flatbed!)I know a lot of newer cars have hybrid and electrical batteries under car.So Tow truck pulls aren’t good for that.But 2 thumbs up for Nick and His Towing business

Don't let their name fool you. They are NOT first to respond with a 3 hour ETA ? ! No thanks. My reply after the owner responded to my first post: 1 He attempts to belittle my post as a "fake account" 2. He trys to call me a liar by stating no one was given that ETA that day, yet he admits that those ETAs have existed (Shouldn't matter because if you are that BUSY you would have more trucks on the road), 3 He gets to excuse the long delay by still stating the service is excellent. Clearly the owner is detached from a customers reality.

So thankful for this company. Our new car left us stranded at my 3 day old son’s first pediatrician appointment. First response showed up within 5 mins of being called and immediately got us back on the road. Call them if you need anything!
