I’m traveling from Houston, TX to Burlington, VT and I put DEF in my diesel fuel tank in Rising Fawn, GA. I wasn’t paying attention! Byron towed my 2022 GMC Sierra in and I was utterly amazed at the exemplary level of customer service provided. Because Byron was so helpful and genuine, I decided to trust Doug Yates Towing for my truck repairs and not go to the GMC dealership. I’m so glad I did! Paul and Greg were so easy to work with and they did a great job!! The GMC dealership would have charged me at least 50% more and taken days to get to my truck. THANKS, guys!

It was refreshing to call a tow company and have a friendly delightful kind lady on the other end. She told me the driver would be to me within an hour and answered all my questions with enthusiasm. The driver showed up about 45 minutes later and he couldn't have been any nicer as well. He explained everything he was doing and in a very short time we were on our way, we had great conversation on the way to the shop and drove with caution. Can't say enough good about this company, it's refreshing to have nice people at a business, it's rare to see anymore.

Corey was amazing! it was extremely difficult to get our truck because the ball joint was broken, he worked extra hard to make sure he was able to get it on the wrecker. I wish I could give him 10 stars!! I also wanted to add that we also used their auto repair shop and they where absolutely amazing! They where quick in getting back to me about what was the problem, gave us a fair price for everything and had our truck ready to go the next day. Great customer service in every way from the tow to the repair!
