Absolutley had the worse experience and never have I been treated with such disrespect. First red flag was i was quoted $125 to have my car towed 10-15 minutes down the road, I agreed to pay over the phone with credit card, so I said ok let me get my card, he said ok then hung up on me and didn't even apologize when I called back! 2nd red flag when everything was set to go and paid for, i get a text eith my receipt saying, that they charged $130, "yes I know it was just $5 more, but its the principal" I wasnt going to say anything till the 3rd red flag happened which was, me calling several hours later like 5-6 hours later, so I call the office and they explained that they were a driver short, which is understandable i get it, thats why I tried not to say anything hence me waiting 5-6 hours, anyways the office gives me the drivers name and number, JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS HISNNAME IS KEVIN! So I called him with no answer, then he calls back in like 20 minutes and from his tone just knew words were about to be said, so that happened and he started cussing at me,so naturally I give respect when I recieve the same. Anyways long story short he cussed me out and pissed me off bad, so I told him I wanted my over charged money back, he said yeani dare you to come up here and get it... my point is horrible company, shitt customer services, all im saying is i don't suggest anyone going to this establishment, unless you're just into being disrespected and treated. I do hope his boss sees this.
