Naturally, during the -40 temperatures, my car was not able to make it home and died at my workplace. I called around 11 am and they were here 30 minutes later. I was able to describe where to drop the car off at my home and it was a very seamless process. I really appreciate the speedy arrival and the price was VERY reasonable. I was preparing for the worst and was very happy with the entire process. I did not catch the guys name but you rocked!

My wife had the car towed home and after Brandon left the door slammed closed with the wind and locked. 15 min later Brandon came back unlocked it. Excellent customer service and an amazing experience.

I had my left back tire blowout on Hwy 41N at 4:13am this morning about a mile before the Sheuring Rd exit in Green Bay. My insurance company assured me that Fox Valley Towing would be there to tow me between 30-60 minutes and kept sending longer & longer out ETA updates through text....2 hours and 12 minutes later they still had NOT shown up. At this time the GEICO free road assistance guys showed up and got me off of the dangerous highway to the park n ride located on Main Ave, Green Bay. They AND the Brown County Police both recommended me calling my own tow service and BOTH suggested I call Detail Towing. I'm soooooo glad I did!! Tanner got there when the person answering the phone said he would and then he ended up driving me all the way to the Appleton Fleet Farm, the only local tire place that had the same type of replacement tire available, which is apparently a thing with AWD vehicles (or I would've been looking at having to replace ALL four tires when the current ones were only 18 mm on the old). Tanner was super nice & talked with me during the drive and made my not so good day much, much better. I wouldn't hesitate to call Detail Towing again if I ever end up in another pickle and on the side of the road! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could
