This was the best experience imaginable to pick up my junk vehicle! Super fast, reliable and easy service from the time I received my quote. The price I got paid in cash was the same as what they originally told me over the phone. It was by far the highest out of anywhere around. I was able to reach out and received a response back pretty much instantly every step of the way. Extremely superb costumer service, even from the tow truck driver who hauled it away for me. He was very kind and professional and explained everything I needed in order to make it the smoothest process for me! The only thing that went wrong was me accidentally leaving my garage door opener on the visor inside and not realizing it until over 5 hours later. As soon as I called, they took care of everything and had it waiting for me to pick up! Hands down couldn’t have worked with a better company, they are the best!!!

Just wanted to share the experience i had with KMK Towing & Recovery. I had a Honda Odyssey that still ran, but I was having so many other issues with it. After looking through Craigslist & Facebook Marketplace and being told by several other towing companies that they'd be there by a certain time, only for them not to show up and keep me hanging. Well all of that changed when I contacted KMK. I spoke with Keith & told him my situation. He quoted me a price and a time that he could make it over by me. Had given me an accurate ETA and showed up a little earlier than stated. Was very professional and kind. Even helped me out with getting an item out of my trunk because I was really not feeling well & under the weather. Also, got my license plate off the car for me, which was very sweet. Please don't waste your time reaching out to other towing companies. KMK is honest and quick. And most importantly they pay what they say. And I just have to add this....Keith is a freaking Rock Star!!!!
