Called and spoke with the owner “Charlie” he would not give me his last name he towed my car for a landlord while I was waiting for a tire repairman to show up and he illegally kept my car for 12 days when I asked why he did not legally report it to the police department that he towed a car all the way from Conway to North Little Rock he replied that he didn’t care he towed it and that’s legal so he obviously doesn’t know the towing guidelines for his business under the Arkansas Attorney General and I will be filing a complaint with them on behalf of his shady business with them as well. Very rude and unprofessional. Couldn’t even give me a total to get my car out nor can you pay over the phone told me to call back. Poor customer service is an understatement more like none at all. Treated me like I wasn’t even a human being who had a flat tire said it was my fault and oh well.
