I live a hop & a skip from this business so Google tends to pick up that I've been here recently no I haven't been to this business. I have not had a reason to, but past experiences with them have been positive!... January 2026 I recently did utilize modern auto to help a rim situation I was in they gave me a good price on tge items I acquired from them & it was very helpful recommend checking with them for possibly cheaper solution to replacing something on your vehicle

Update: I always find what I need here...on rare occasions, I call to ask about a part and I'm told that used/refurbished parts are not available or not recommended. They always given good advice on finding the cheapest and most convenient alternatives on these occasions. I've had the misfortune to purchase the wrong part and /or the part was defective. With the correct paperwork and info (on my part) exchanges and/or refunds are a breeze. I never have the normal issues with "shop" guys and being a female. They treat you like they should and do not judge when your wrong. I know my old engines... You know the ones that have carburators and no computer controlled parts. But the newer computer controlled engines are not in my knowledge base. So on occasion I have no idea what I need. Modern Auto associates always have time to listen (and interpret my out dated terminology)my description of the problem and help me solve it. Even when they don't have what I need. Thanks guy Friendly, attentive staff. Customer service area clean and actually looked clean.
