I called to find a part for a customer on a hard to locate vehicle. Originally the person was fantastic he got back with me verified part. I drive 1.5 hours to get there to locate the part to find that someone used a jack on the radiator causing some damage to the bottom fin stack. I asked before I left if there was any warranty and he says we checked and it held pressure. OK fine. Get the radiator boxed up and brought back to the shop. Tech gets to looking at it today and the hacks they use to remove parts cut into the fin stack when cutting off trans cooler lines. Call the yard and asked if they would be willing to cover cost of repair at local shop since it was damaged. I sent pictures and was called back and told just bring it back I will give you money back I know what I got. Rare car I will get radiator repaired by my guy and resell. What the hell business is this and what kind of management/owner allows this to even be said. Lack of care, quality control, or even ownership of any semblance of value. Stand clear and seek other options.

If i could give 0 starts i would this place is a joke i paid a deposit to have some parts out i was repairing a customer car when i went there i told them i only wanted to get 1 of the 2 parts i requested because thats what the customer wanted it they said we will not sale you only that 1 part or give you your deposit back you either have to buy all the parts or no parts or deposit I ended up just leaving. Hope they enjoy that little $60 they choose to eat no wonder why this place had no customers both times i went there
