Tire side is 5 stars+. Always fast, great prices and come w a good warranty for a small extra fee. However, today was the first time scheduling service (just an oil change) and it was lifted for TWO HOURS while they waited on oil. Never mentioned to me before draining it that they were out of the oil I needed. And never updated me til I came to that side of the shop asking why my car was still raised after an hour and that’s when they decided to tell me there’s no oil for it and they’re waiting on delivery. Was told then that it would be 3 minutes, yet the oil wasn’t delivered for another hour after they told me 3 minutes. Will never come back to their service/repair side. Was a huge waste of my time. I don’t want this to reflect on the tire side tho. They’re excellent and I will always come here for tire needs.

This place should be considered a landmark!!! Although a new owner got the shop more than 10 years ago, the service, tire selection and prices are more than enough to make me skip some of the other tire shops just to come to M&M. Tonight I was able to get in and out with two tires installed. Noah did an excellent job, and was quick…!!
