Last week we went to get our car out, that was stolen. The white lady with the tattoos said that they check and they don't have the registration in the car. So we literally went over to the DMV to get a new registered form that has my name on it. The next week, we went back in, and met with 2 generous ladies name Debbie and Sapapalii. They made everything easy for us, and helped us throughout the process. They gave us a visit to the car, and guess what! We found the registration in the same compartment where we always put it. Aside from all the BS from before with the white lady, at least you know the people you need to see when you head there. Go look for Aunty Dabbie and Sapapalii. These 2 ladies showed alot of respect, and love to all customers whether black or white. Proudly to say that, these 2 women were born and raised from the same culture as I was raised in. To show humility, and spreading love to EVERYONE that needs it. This is the only reason why I give this place a 5 star review, and to mention the guy who took us to see the car had really great customer service as well. Additionally to this visit today, we met up with Jorge and Tim and they are really friendly people and was willing to help us with what needed to be done with our vehicle.

Won a vehicle from their auction. Went back the next day to wait in line for 3 hours. Luckily got in before they closed because they sent the people behind us home. There were only 10 people in line when we got there. 3 hour wait for 10 people. After all that, they were unwilling to schedule a tow with their own towing department and told us to figure it out on our own. The whole company is disorganized and don't know what's going on with one another. Wouldn't recommend this auction. On the bright side, the tow truck driver they sent to deliver our vehicle was really nice and willing to help move it into our garage since it was so busted up. Props to Junior I believe his name was.

I went there last night 10/09/2025 @ 9:45pm to try to recover my car I told the the lady upfront ( black lady whose hair is glued up to her head) I told her can you please help me get my registration in my car she said it’s not there. I waited for 2 hours standing in front of her. Then she lied again and said my car registration was not in the car. I told her exactly where is the registration but she won’t listen and kept insisting the registration was not in the car. Then u came back this morning and Aida helped me. The night shift horrible!
