Great place for Same day Car pickup with the Best prices around. The lady who answered the phone is very nice. It was a smooth easy transaction no BS The driver was very friendly also. They came & paid same amount they offered over phone plus beat everyone around. Would Highly Recommend using this place

Customer service is in need of improvement. My experience was not a pleasant one. The parts person, Sam was rude and audacious. I asked a question about the compatibility of the truck part that was sold to my father and his tone was one of annoyance, like he couldn't be bothered with me. He went on to tell me that the mechanic was being lazy. After about 10 minutes of talking to him, he asked me if I spoke Spanish. I told him that I spoke both English and Spanish. Without any explanation, warning,.or reason he called over one of the workers that spoke Spanish and had me speak to him. This isn't a good ot effective way of doing business nor is it respectful. A simple statement such as, "I don't have the answer you're looking for" would have been better than what was done. Now my father is stuck with a truck part that isn't compatible.

I would not sell your cars to them. The tow truck drivers drive really bad and the manager didn't care when he cut me off and called me a curse word. Very rude people
