I ordered door panels for my truck and they were the wrong color so I sent them back. Here’s where it gets dicey I did the return on eBay and everything was automated well I sent the two door panels back in the same box that they came to me in. Well eBay wanted them in 2 separate boxes. They only partially refunded me for one. So I sent my evidence to them and explained what happened they didn’t care. Denied. Then I opened an appeal it was also denied. So I messaged the seller and he was extremely nice and helpful and refunded me outside of eBay. He went out of his way to make sure I got my refund that eBay tried to screw me out of. 5 stars from me! There are still good people in the world that will try to do what’s right. He could’ve easily said no but he didn’t. Will order from them again when I need something just won’t go through eBay lol. Thanks so much

I bought this engine from them and they told me it had issues which is the reason for the discounted price which was fine , but we thought it was a 5.3 Chevy engine turned out to be a 4.8 ,,, I called and he immediately offered me my money back or if had any other idea to let him know , so just we agreed just to discount the motor a little more and give me some money back but keep the motor which was very and we’re both happy
