I had a fantastic experience with Tim the tow truck driver. My son hit a deer and Tim was the driver that brought his car home. I have never dealt with someone so professional and well mannered. It actually turned a bad situation into a somewhat positive. He was very helpful in placing the car where I wanted it in my driveway. I had my truck towed through my insurance and once it arrived at the shop the driver pulled the truck up to far and smashed my lightbar and front bumper so I contact my insurance company and filed a claim once the claim was filed I got a phone call from the tow company threatening me. Now as for your question yes it's the one where it is spelled 1st response towing not the other company as you claim and I still have the number that called me I can put it up here so you can know for sure who in your company called and threatened me. Would that work for you Roger?
