No joke this company actually feels like your dad is coming to help you. I was visiting g out of town and got a flat tire late at night on a Saturday. The customer service was phenomenal over the phone. And when Nate showed up he completely made us feel like everything would be ok and we could get back home. Due to a tripped bolt Andrew had to come and help and he finished the job. I would call this company over and over! Eyes closed. 100%

I call Dads when I broke an axle on the interstate. They came quickly and picked up my trailer and stored it till I could come back and get it. The price was very reasonable and they did everything they said they were going to do. The Driver and dispatch were unbelievably nice. Thanks for all the help.

Rude! They had us wait for over an hour and a half. After we called and asked for an update, the representative cancelled. She yelled and hung up the phone. She said, “We are too busy. I will do you a favor and cancel.” It happened over the weekend, so I could not speak to management. Each time I called to tell her we never cancelled, she hung up. So we waited over an hour and a half just to not be serviced. Not to mention, this happened after 2 AM, so we waited over a hour and a half just to be left finding a new tow service. I will never use this towing service.
