Republic Services continues to prove why monopolies create terrible customer service. My trash pickup was refused over a so-called ‘safety issue,’ yet the can was still accessible and manageable. Instead of actually helping or providing a reasonable solution, the driver skipped the pickup entirely, then after I called customer service to complain, they came back only to leave a tag on the bin instead of resolving the issue. The level of laziness and incompetence is unbelievable. Customers are stuck paying for a service with to no competition, and this is the result — missed pickups, inconsistent enforcement, and zero accountability. Looking at the attached photo, it’s hard to understand how this justified refusing service twice.

Zip code 89143 trash falls everywhere and they leave it to go in my drive way. I dont own dogs. If trash falls get out of your truck and pick it up. Our neighborhood shouldn't get trashed by lazy employees.

If I can give no stars I would. I have already spoken to 7 customers agents about getting a bulk pick up. They all keep saying they will have it picked up and don’t. My trash has been sitting out in front of my house for already almost 2 weeks and nobody can resolve Anything. It’s so frustrating. I don’t know what else to do or who to contact. This is the worst. I don’t recommended.
