I had to use my roadside assistance program that I have and they connected me with Express Towing and Recovery to pull my car out of a ditch. I can't say anything for the price, as it was discounted through the roadside assistance company, but I can definitely say that this company deserves a 5 star rating. The two gentlemen that arrived to help me (one is named Tyler and I can't recall the other man's name) were not only very professional and well knowledgeable in their service, but also very friendly and accommodating to their customer's needs. (By the way, it was snowing and around 22 degrees at the time.) They showed up in less time that was estimated and quickly started their job to get me back on the road. Both gentlemen worked great together and communicated with me through the entire process and made sure that as I was ready to drive away I was not only satisfied but safe. I would have paid triple my discounted rate just to ensure I received this quality of craftsmanship and overall customer satisfaction! This isn't blowing smoke to help a friend's business (I know nobody there) and it's not just an AI generated load of crap. This is just one customer that is overly pleased with the service received and making sure the people providing are well noticed and appreciated. I highly recommend them for all your towing needs and will absolutely continue to do so. If you find yourself in need of their services, definitely give them the opportunity to prove their quality of business and customer service. You will not be disappointed!

Our alternator went out on us on the way home from our Gatlinburg vacation. My family was stranded at a gas station that we pulled over at right before our car stopped running, and feeling hopeless. I called two other tow shops and they didn’t respond. Thank God I found Express Towing’s number; they were very reassuring on the phone, and came to our rescue immediately. They picked me up, fixed the van’s alternator (not an easy fix for aHonda Odyssey), and had me back on the road within five hours- they gave me an extremely reasonable deal for parts and labor. I am extremely grateful for these guys, and I would recommend them to anyone!
