This is the second time I've received a tow from ultimate on my personal time. Today Robert was accommodating and personable. Robert even maintained a sense of humor in this heat. Its experiences like this is why I'll continue to use ultimate in the future. Thanks again.

They “broke” my bumper off during a tow and don’t want to help me because I had accident damage on my front bumper prior to service. My bumper is hanging off now.

I use ultimate towing for most of my moves. We move large equipment over 50,000 pounds across state lines frequently. They've always been on time and no issues. They communicate great each time, Bobby the owner has reached out to me more than once to ensure his people are doing a great job each time. Hannah and Jess are awesome at what they do in scheduling everything from machines to broke down trucks, Kevin and Tim the drivers haven't failed me yet, and the equipment side run by Jason have been awesome as well for our porto-johns, dumpsters, and equipment rentals. After more than a year of a working relationship with this team, my company looks forward to continuing it.
