Worst service ever. Unfortunately, we were involved on a car accident today and, again, unfortunately, this was the towing company assigned to pick up our car. As soon as my family shows up, the lady let them know that they don’t speak spanish (without even knowing I was on the phone ready to translate for them). That just tells me they decide whether who receives good service and who doesn’t. Also, our car had a previous damage on the bumper and the guy who towed it was informed about it, but yet they weren’t careful enough and they made the damage worse. When we tried to inform them they just deny it and stated that the damage comes from the accident which was NOT possible because the impact was received on the side of the car. Not the front. When I explained that to the lady talking to me she didn’t even know what day they received the car. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
