Found the part I was needing on their website, but they are located over an hour and a half away. I called Ballard to make sure it was there. The gentleman that answered the phone informed me that he would call me back after he confirmed it was there with his own eyes. He called me 5 minutes later to tell me that they had the part and he had it ready for me. Very reasonable prices for the quality of the part that I purchased. If I ever need another used part, I would be willing to drive the hour and a half because of their service on my recent purchase.

You can't have parts off of a motor like a sensor and he said they only do parts that's not apart of the motor..parts off the motor like a crankshaft sensor or other parts off of a motor is what people need most that can't afford the high prices at auto parts store..big let down
