I would like to give more than 1 star but Robert Jackson destroyed the reputation of this company. He was rude every single time I called them and asked to send me a receipt for provided service. This SUPER busy gentleman didn't find 5 minutes within 16 days to send me a receipt! Also $1550 for carrier bearing replacement that took him 2 days is a little too much.

Dishonest and Unprofessional - Avoid at All Costs! This company gave me a super cheap quote over the phone for a simple tow in North Little Rock, AR. However, when the driver arrived and it was time to pay, the price was completely different. They added on all kinds of extra "fees" and "charges" that were never mentioned during our initial conversation. It's clear they use this bait-and-switch tactic to get customers. The final price was nearly double the original quote. I felt completely scammed and taken advantage of. Save yourself the headache and go with a more honest company, even if they're a few dollars more upfront. The cheap price isn't worth the final bill or the headache of dealing with a dishonest business. I absolutely do not recommend this service, and I strongly advise you not to use them. There are far more transparent and trustworthy towing companies in the North Little Rock area

Please beware , they out looking to take advantage of people . Call roadside for 2 tires and rims with studs , told me min $500 for 2hr min with service call , ended up taking to shop with out telling me and the racking bill up to $3957 with out telling me what was getting into . Please take truck to Ta or loves atleast they inform you prices up front . And you know what’s going on. Not forced to pay a bill you never agreed to .
