We were driving in very snowy conditions late at night, and slid off the road. They came in about 30-40 minutes despite the inclement weather and were very efficient! For someone who had never been through this process before, the driver Tim made the process very straightforward and quick.

I can't say enough good things about this towing service. My teenage daughter and I had a blowout coming home from a road trip. The driver (Alex) was so professional and helpful. When we arrived at Walmart and found out they didn't have a tire for us, Alex stayed long enough to help us find another location with a tire. This blow-out only cost us about 1.5 hours and Reynolds towing and Alex made it a minor inconvenience. Thanks so much!

Aside from being told they had came to my residence and they had not, it took them almost four hours for a tow. I understand days can be busy but if I was given a true timing estimate I may have found someone else to do the job. I didn't have slot of time on my hands. Upon arriving there's a red head guy out here in rantoul. Aside from him being adorable he was awesome when he did get to me. It's a mixed review. Take what you're going to take from it.
