Bryan/Brian(I don't know his spelling, sorry!) out of Statesville helped me tonight after waiting on the side of the road for KIA response which was over 4 hours. It was 4am, Bryan got to me and got me going in less than 45 minutes total. This man is an actual godsend and I'm so thankful for him! He was super nice, helpful, careful with my car and stuff! He explained everything and made sure I got back on the road safely. He's actually the best. I love that guy and wish nothing but the best for him! Give him a raise PLEASE! Amazing service, quick, SUPER friendly and professional! Also it was a great and affordable price! I definitely recommend them for your towing needs!

We had transmission issues with our vehicle so we stopped at a rest area in Statesville. The trailer we were towing had a flat tire as well. Brian H. went above and beyond to help us get home. He helped us patch the tire and led us to a gas station with air so we could fill the tire and to ensure we made it safely. He was great at communicating and planning where the vehicle would be taken. The price was very reasonable and the service was great. He made a stressful experience much better. Thank you Brian!
