Dude was rude.. unhelpful, arrogant & made us feel like HE was the victim, he had no compassion or even a caring thing to say other than to ask what he was supposed to do with the totaled car... I did notice a for sale sign in front of his business, I'm not surprised because I'm guessing his neighbors probably can't stand him either...
