*$210 for a pull out of snow* The only thing I’m happy about is getting my car out of 3 feet snow on the side of the rode. They arrived within 10 minutes which is why they get more than 1 star. Ryan was not pleasant to deal with. He arrived asked what I needed to do and he said “just sit in the car” I asked if it needed to be in neutral he said yes. It literally took him 5 minutes to pull me out. I was told it would be $210 for the pull out. I only had $150. I was trying to talk with Ryan about how expensive it is and he just brushed me off saying “trucks aren’t cheap”. I am thankful they worked with me on the payment but come on. I felt like I was nothing but a dollar sign. Considering the weather conditions in this state you would think they would try to help people out a little more.
