Our car rolled off the side of our very slanted driveway and was sitting up against an electric pole in Waukesha. We didn’t want to damage the car by trying to move it ourselves, so we called for a winching service. They wanted to assess the situation before they gave me an estimate. I don’t remember the name of the person who came but he basically helped me move the car safely by giving me instructions. Didn’t charge me a penny. Lately I have been dealing with different situations where people would take as much money as possible. It’s as if their soul has been sucked by corporate greed and it doesn’t bother them even a little bit before screwing the customers out of their money. When this person treated me today as a human in need and helped me without asking for anything in return, I felt so grateful. Sometimes kindness comes from places and people you’d least expect and I hope God multiplies and returns him this kindness I experienced today. I would recommend their service to everyone. Of course, they won’t do it for free but I am confident that they will treat you and provide the service as best as they can.

Being new to the area, I looked around for what I felt was the best company to take care of moving my truck. Once I was on the phone with Complete, an amazing lady named Susan won me over. She was the complete package. She explained everything and broke the payment down fully, she was patient and had a great vibe. She talked to me about who maybe the best for what I wanted done with my truck and Mr. Rob did not disappoint. He handled my truck as I would have (and I'm not one to let anyone just handle my truck) I was not big on the whole towing situation but in the end I was blessed that I chose this company. Don't make my mistake and call around just call Complete for any towing needs you may have. They will hook you up from start to finish. Amazing company I recommend them fully. Thank you Mrs. Susan and Mr. Rob for everything.

I wish I could give 100 stars! From the moment that I called Complete, I was treated with genuine kindness and compassion. Susan helped to quickly dispatch a tow truck.
